As first time homebuyers, my husband and I had many questions, comments, and concerns about the whole process. We had a previous experience with an agent who did a good job, but he wasn't the right fit for us, so I reached out to a friend of mine who recently bought a house. When I asked her if she would recommend her realtor, she replied, "ABSOLUTELY." Upon our first email correspondence, I could tell that Niji was going to be a much better match for us. Along with being professional, honest, knowledgable, and responsive to all of our texts, calls, and emails, Niji was also fun as hell to work with, and he was totally invested in our happiness and satisfaction. He even rescued me one day when I was having car troubles! Dude goes the extra mile. He was never pushy, but made it clear he was in it to win it. We looked at many listings in many neighborhoods before we found "The One," and we knew we could trust Niji to guide us through the negotiation process. We got a great deal in an awesome neighborhood, and I felt like we were well taken care of by Niji and Lauren every step of the way. Closing was quick and painless, and now we are all moved in and happy homeowners!

This is my second time using Niji as a realtor. Each instance he was very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful in the selling of my property and also this time the buying of my new property. Since I have been relatively new in the home buying process, Niji sat down with me to make sure all of my home buying needs were met. I will definitely use Niji in the future.

Where do I begin?? I suppose with AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND THANK YOU!! Niji is hands down the best Realtor in Atlanta. Being an Atlanta Native and ATL Firefighter he knows a tremendous amount about the city of Atlanta and the metro Atlanta areas. Niji doesn't just sell homes, but he also cares about his clients and their overall experience, he exercises extreme patience, is responsive and has a sense of urgency, he is fun and professional, and he made this process so easy for us. Buying a home can be a stressful and tedious process but when your realtor is supportive and easy to work with that solves 100% of the battle! He never pressured us or made us feel like we needed to "buy now" , he never made us feel uncomfortable about any part of the process, he always answered our questions and he was extremely approachable and friendly throughout the entire process. He was always available or made himself available which was a huge help because homes in Atlanta are selling by the minute. Niji is enthusiastic about real estate, and he is a go getter who understands the importance of moving quickly on a property of interest. I corresponded with him daily and he was very engaged with our buying process. On closing day Niji met us in the parking lot to greet us and gave us a nice card, a Home Depot gift card, and our favorite libation to toast and celebrate with! It was at that moment that I realized we were finished with the home buying process and I wouldn't be speaking to him daily anymore. I would do it all over again just to work with Niji! I will truly miss our daily conversations and laughs. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING Niji. As for anyone reading this review and looking for a Realtor, I have worked with other agents and there is a very apparent difference.
