So this was not my first time working with Nigel. I did this because he knew my style of communication and was proactive as to what would work and what would not work. He was transparent with his availability, so I knew the best times to call and follow up with any questions or decisions that needed to have been made in a timely manner. He was also resourceful in recommending professionals who were able to complete our real estate transactions. He was also good at keeping his composure when things got crazy. Which is a good trait.
