Before I came to Nigel I had another realtor who did not seem to care about me getting a house and just kept copying and pasting her offers. Did 9 offers and never got one. Nigel sat down with me and went over the offer contract in detail with me in person. And made sure I knew everything. He researched the prices of similar homes sold and together we came up with a strong offer. I got the home. 1st try.
