I almost didn't call Nicole Yard, we were beyond FRUSTRATED with a year long home hunting (renting or buying) search and had been told we wouldn't be eligible for a mortgage. My friend urged me to reach out to Nicole for advice... our lives are forever changed because of it. Nicole is the absolute BEST! Our family of 5 quickly grew out of our first home and it has been a really tough market these past few years, but Nicole never gave up on finding us the perfect home and property. The countless showings and walk-throughs for just one family would take a toll on anyone, but not Nicole. She was determined and thorough every step of the way. She knew what to look for and what flags there may or may not be when it came down to making the right choice for our family. She knew what we were comfortable with and helped us make all the right decisions. If we had a question, she would respond in a very timely manner. We found Nicole by calling the number in a yard sign on a random drive on Saturday afternoon. She responded immediately and from moment one, she worked to show us a home that day… even though she already had multiple other appointments scheduled. She arranged a caretaker to meet us early and followed up the same day. After that first viewing, Nicole met with us and really dig into what features we wanted in a home.
