Nicole was the BEST! We were connected with Nicole through our real estate agent in Colorado for a relocation to Michigan, and we are thrilled we found her! The Michigan market was far more difficult and competitive than we anticipated, and thanks to Nicole’s expertise, negotiation skills, and quick turn around time, we were able to land our dream home! There were so many homes that we looked at and Nicole was always responsive and eager to set up showings. She’d point out flaws, give inspiration ideas, guide us on what type of offer we should consider, etc. Buying a home while living out of state and not seeing it in person is quite difficult, but she was helpful and reassuring throughout the whole process. She would FaceTime us, send videos, send us houses she thought we would be interested, etc. We spent countless hours on the phone with Nicole- she is truly there for you 100% of the way!
