Nicole could not have made this process any easier! I was buying a house from out of area, so the capability to look at houses was limited. She had no problem accommodating our schedule for that. Communication was flawless, and trust me, the amount of questions I had I'm sure tested that. She never made it sound like I was inconveniencing her, truly she was here to help any time any day. Nicole helped us get the house we wanted, even after there was already an offer on it! We came up one weekend to look at a handful of properties we had saved online, but this one was our favorite. When we got here, she informed us there was an offer on the house. The disappointment was so great. But Nicole didn't just give up, she contacted the seller and got us set up to look at the house still. When we walked in, we knew it was our house, but had some apprehension with the offer being on it. Nicole came up with a plan, reached out to the seller's agent, and within that same day, the offer was accepted and the house was ours! Nicole got us our dream house that had an offer on it already! Talk about an accomplishment right there! The paperwork on buying a house can be inundating of course. Nicole made the process so smooth. With all electronic documents labeled clearly where we needed to sign and what we needed to look over, it took a lot of that burden away. Nicole truly went above and beyond when selling our home. This process could have been a nightmare since we were trying to sell while living overseas but Nicole is an phenomenal professional that accommodated ya in every situation. I can not recommend her enough!

In 2017, my husband and I used Nicole Starner to find our very first home together and she was outstanding. With both my husband and myself being first time home buyers, we were nervous with starting the process. However, Nicole instantly put us at ease. Talking with her was like talking to an old friend. She clearly explained the home buying process in a manner that was easy to understand. If any questions arose, she answered them promptly. When looking for homes, Nicole set up an auto search for our areas of interest, including the features we wanted in the home. This was very convenient as we were often able to see homes as soon as they came onto the market. As we are just starting out, price was of our utmost concern, and Nicole was very mindful of our budget and never once attempted to persuade us to spend more than we were comfortable. After selecting some homes we had interest in, Nicole quickly set up viewing times and was not just on time to meet us, she was early. What I really enjoyed was how she let my husband and I explore the home on our own. She never once tried to gloss over an area of concern so she could make a quick sale. In fact, she was very good at pointing out potential problem areas we should consider. She also took into consideration that we were using an FHA loan, which requires stricter inspections. Again, being new to the process, this knowledge was immensely helpful. Because of Nicole’s expert guidance, we were able to put an offer on a home that had been on the market for just one day. We accepted their reasonable counter offer. Everything concerning the inspections and appraisals was smooth and easy to understand. I cannot recommend Nicole Starner enough. The home buying process is not always easy and it is quite often stressful, but you’d be hard pressed to find a better realtor.
