We had been approached by an online company and were looking at their offer to buy our home. While at a home show in Glendale, we spoke with Nicole about our situation. She gave us her honest opinion of online companies, the good and the bad. Nicole offered to run some comps for us to see how legitimate the offer was. I realized the comps were not going to take in to account all our house had to offer and asked if she could come see the house. (We were on a deadline to accept the online offer before it expired) Nicole came out and brought a coworker to get another person's view, just in case. This was a good thing because seeing the house had her raising the asking price. We decided to go with a realtor, Nicole, instead of the online company. Nicole have us great suggestions, support and mapped out the process, which everyone followed. Our showing was a success, we sold the house for what we wanted to and the neighborhood that we loved got a new young family who love the house as much as we did. If we have the need for a realtor or need to recommend a realtor to friends or family, Nicole will always be our first go to!
