Nicole was amazing to work with from start to finish! She spent a ton of time working to understand both mine and my husbands styles and offered a variety of listings to serve both of our interests! As first time buyers, we were very naive to the process and she was incredibly patient and informative with all of our questions throughout the whole process, as well as attended every single meeting, inspection, open house, etc throughout the whole process so she was completely informed and could answer all of our questions. In addition to her professionalism and hard work on our behalf, what really stood out for me was the personal touch she applied to our experience- she was so thoughtful touring houses with our infant son and even brought her own son along one afternoon so he could sit in the car with our elderly dog while we popped into houses with Nicole - to say we were touched by that is an understatement! The icing on the cake was at our closing, she gave us a giant basket of incredibly personalized gifts for every member of our family...she had truly been listening to everything we had shared over the past few weeks, gotten to know us and remembered the little details! She would not have been able to help us find the perfect house or advise us so well if she hadn’t been tuned in to all the little details of our family and I could not recommend her more! Nicole was very motivated and professional from the very first contact with her! She asked all the necessary questions ahead of time, was very punctual, was creative with every obstacle that came in her way. I had a couple of mistakes on my end, a deal or two that I should of jumped on right away under her counsel and I didn’t. Houses continued to go under contract and I needed a place as soon as possible. This was my first home buying experience and although it happened in the beginning of Covid-19, Nicole stayed optimistic. I went from bidding wars with other buyers to closing on a brand new constructed home. The process was super fast. The other selling realtor would make remarks how easy it was to work with her and how she had an eye for location. I would highly recommend Nicole to all my close friends and family. She’s also into selling land and has a working knowledge on special programs for first responders, teachers, nurses, etc. As a house warming gift she sent over a grill for memorial weekend!
