We initially started our search with another realtor from another company. This proved to be problematic. A Friend of ours pointed out her daughter was a realtor for Serenity. We contacted Nicole and she responded back promptly. We requested a couple of showings of homes we were possibly interested in and she immediately was able to get us in. As luck or fates would have it, the first home we saw turned out to be the one we wanted. Nicole was there through every step of the home purchase. She answered any and all questions we had and did a lot of leg work to find us some answers. She was great during the final phase of purchase after issues were found during inspections, Nicole was there to prompt the other sellers into badly needed repair.I would highly recommend Nicole to any and all looking to purchase a home.
