This is the 5th time that Nicole has helped our family with our real estate needs. She has helped us sell 3 homes and buy 2! I guess I could stop the review here, because the repeat business speaks volumes for Nicole without further comment, but I can’t stop there! Simply put, Nicole is amazing. She excels at every aspect of the buying/selling process. In our most recent transaction we had to sell our house quickly and buy another as soon as possible. She helped us with literally every step of the process. She had our house on the market in a week. She then worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home in short order (even when we weren’t 100% sure of all our requirements). At the time of closing there was a hiccup with our buyers lender that put the closing at risk. On the day of closing she was up at 4 am working on ways to partner with buyers lender to help get this deal across the finish line…and she did! We cannot thank her enough for everything she does. We truly hope this is our forever home, but if the fates decide that’s not true, Nicole is our forever realtor!

I've worked with several agents, but none as responsive as Nicole. She listened to ensure she understood my goals and my expectations, what I was (and wasn't) willing to do. She provided spot-on advice and encouragement, and she "kept it real" the whole time. Pretty much from day one, everything she told me to expect came to pass. Nicole did a fantastic job in helping me find a home and then helping me with the rest of the process to offer, complete applications, and close. I was a first time home-buyer and lived in Michigan, so she was able to video tour with me at homes. I know she was also helping other people doing the same thing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I plan to hire her again when I upgrade later down the road.

We worked with Nicole this past summer [2017] when going through a long distance relocation. She was unbelievably attentive to our needs and really took the time to truly understand what we were looking for as far as home type, price range, neighborhood and proximity to important amenities. We were not familiar with any of the areas around Indianapolis but she was able to give us many options not only in Indy but in the surrounding towns/cities. Once we narrowed down the home we desired she really helped to make clear how to negotiate a fair deal and prepared us well in advance for our closing. All of this really took a lot of pressure off of myself and my family during this stressful time. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone searching for a new home. She really did go above and beyond for us and, unlike some other realtors I have dealt with, listened :)

Nicole surpassed our expectations for realtor. She was obviously very personable, but her knowledge of the market and the effort she puts into selling / buying your home is exceptional. She understood that this was the most important decision in our life at the time - she made us feel like it was the most important goal in her life at the time. She doesn’t list your house and go on to the next - it is her top priority until it sells. The thing that really stood out to me was what I realized at the two closings. It was very apparent how respected she was among the realtor community. Nicole is a true professional that takes a great deal of pride in her work.
