As Nicole’s neighbor for 7+ years I personally saw her work hard for her clients. I especially liked how she educated her clients through the home buying or selling process and how she treated everyone as a friend. I always thought I would ask her to work with me if I ever decided to sale my home. Little did I know that time would come sooner then later. Nicole walked me through my first selling process and took the time to answer my detailed questions. She set important parameters for buyers/realtors because we had a feeling my home would be a high interest property. We were right! We received 11+ offers after the open house and Nicole vetted each offer to me in an organized manner. When the first accepted offer fell thorough Nicole was quick to respond and be proactive before I even heard the news. We quickly accepted the next best offer and everything went smoothly. I was sad to leave my beautiful home and even more sad to leave my neighbors but I feel comfortable my home was left in good hands with new owners that will love it as I did.

Nicole was our agent when my sister and I sold our mother's condo. Easy and fast communication. Very organized and process-driven. Pleasant and friendly personality. Those attributes all together were the right combo for a person we worked with during an important but short time. She gave us great advice about how much to prep the unit, and had recommendations for cleaners, painters, etc. Her photographer had lighting and “the eye’ to make the unit look its best. We live on the other side of the country, and Nicole was able & willing to deal with little tasks when we were not there, which would have been a huge issue otherwise. We wanted to move quickly and she certainly worked with us to march through all the little issues. In particular, she helped us to price the unit exactly right, such that we instantly had multiple offers willing to go to the same price point. She did a great job handling those final negotiations, such that we really got the best possible offer. And closed cleanly! Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure dealing with Nicole from day 1. She had a through knowledge of the condo process and accurately discussed the best pricing for our unit. She did an excellent job describing the unit and had a very good person take pictures and video which all brought in many interested buyers and multiple offers. She kept us informed throughout the process, scheduling buyers to visit, presenting offers and following through to the final signing. Since we were not there she even went over the day of closing to collect the cable boxes and modem and send them back to Comcast. I would not hesitate a second to use Nicole again should the opportunity arise.
