Nicole was the absolute best choice I could have made to help me sell my deceased mother’s condo. These types of sales are more than “transactions “. They are also emotional. She was very fair in her assessment of price and was the only broker I interviewed who broke everything down for me. Sold with several offers in 4 days! But even more that that- she helped me empty the home and brought items to UPS for me as I lived 2000 miles away.
