After a long and impersonal search for the “perfect” house on Zillow, we met Nicole and immediately felt well taken care of. She showed us a terrific candidate property, we compared notes and features, really liked what we saw, and almost instantly, before the call to the broker the next day, found it sold! Undeterred, Nicole keep up the search for us. We lived half a state away, and so relied on her judgement sifting through the leads, several of which she visited before passing on them as not being “a good fit” to meet our needs. Her low key, but assiduous representation paid off when we we fell in love with “right” house. There her skills really paid off. It was a seller’s market, with the typical bids going well over asking, and the house had many suitors. Having a background in finance and contract management, Nicole was able to work with us on structuring a creative and attractive offer to the seller, but at the same time “keeping it real” for us novice buyers, Once in escrow, she followed up on our contingencies, and made sure that we had the opportunity to make a thorough and cool headed decision on the significant purchase. It became a huge and time consuming move for us, and Nicole has kept in touch and her eye on our progress. Now that we are settled into our wonderful home, we embrace Nicole as a friend and wish her the best for her new relationship with the Grubb Company.
