She staged my old house to perfection and made it look perfect. The most important thing that I liked about working with Nicole was that she was not at all pushy. When we did find my new home, she was upfront about timing and making an appropriate offer.

Nicole was very active in marketing my home; having open houses every weekend, sometimes 2 or 3 on a weekend. She provided a reliable contractor to handle repairs, arranged professional photos, and, staged the house at her expense. I could not have asked her to do more.
