Moving/buying/selling a home is usually stressful, and we were moving from out of state which made the buying process a little more challenging. From our first meeting with her to all of the calls and emails, we knew were in good hands. She has a great grasp on Denver and surrounding suburbs and neighborhoods. We always felt like she was listening well to what we needed in a home and a community, and she worked hard to help us find our dream home. She even went the extra mile to go to homes and video her tour there since we could not always be in the state to see a house in order to put an offer on something that we saw online. We trusted her completely and were not let down when we put an offer on a house that we had not even seen in person yet ourselves. Additionally, she helped line up contractors and other services that may have been needed on our home so that during the inspection, we knew exactly what we would be getting into with the home we had put an offer on. I could go on, but from our first call with Nicole to her excellent service and follow up even after we closed on our home, we have been so pleased with her and the whole process.

Nicole is very knowledgeable about the Westminster market. We moved in from out of state, she was planning her wedding and still made the time to spend several days showing us properties. She arranged another agent to show us properties while she was on her honeymoon. Nicole kept in touch during the entire process, and when we found a home, arranged a recommended a lender and insurance carrier. When you move from out of state the home buying process can be very difficult. Nicole made it seamless. We are very grateful to have had her as our representative.

Nicole is amazing! My husband and I were a little slow in figuring out the areas of town we liked, and what exactly we were looking for. Nicole was so patient with us throughout the process and assisted in narrowing down our search until we ended up with the perfect fit.
