Nicole did a wonderful job collecting and getting information out to the public in order to generate interest in our home. A great deal of research was required regarding similar home sales in the area as well as the particulars about the construction of our home. Nicole worked both quickly and efficiently to gather the information and get the house listed as accurately as possible. She actually went above and beyond to assist with such requirements as termite inspections and other site meeting since we had moved about 400 miles away and could not travel back to Georgia with short notice. We were always updated with current interest level and showings by Nicole as well as other sales personnel. She made herself available days and evening throughout the week as well as weekends to answer any question. Overall, Nicole really did make the selling process seamless and we highly recommend her services!

You can't go wrong if you choose Nicole!! She is so dedicated to her clients and will answer any questions no matter how difficult. if she doesn't have the answer, be sure she will find it. I highly recommend her to all !!!! Her patience goes above and beyond and will search endlessly to find that perfect home for you as she did for us.

This was our first home purchase, so we had no idea what to expect. We bombarded Nicole with questions every day! She never once made us feel like we were being pests. She kept in touch with us through the entire process, checked in on us, let us know any news she heard about our contract, and offered to help in any way she could. I think due to some of our personal circumstances we had a tough "underwriting" process, and she allowed me to vent as needed, and helped me to understand what was going on. She was never intimidating, always friendly and easy to talk to, and didn't push us to do anything we weren't ready for.

Nicole helped us find our first home, and she went above and beyond to make sure we got a fair deal and helped us with everything we didn't know about buying a home. Nicole is such an awesome agent, and will do anything to help you in anyway she can!
