Nicole Desiderio

I was able to find a great tenant being abroad in a short time. Great service and communication. I highly recommend Nicole and her company.

Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with while I was searching for my apartment in Miami! She was very knowledge about all listings and buildings and made sure we properly negotiated before making our decision. I would HIGHLY recommend Nicole to anyone searching for a new apartment or home!

Nicole is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with! She is the definition of professionalism. She is attentive to detail, responsive and very cognizant of the Miami real estate market. She first got to know me to understand my lifestyle and anticipate apartments that would be a good fit, all while I was remote in DC and she was here in Miami. We FaceTimed to see several apartments until we found a perfect fit. Her responsiveness didn’t stop there, she received me at the apartment on day 1, helped me with the move in inspection and with following up with my building management when appliances started not working properly. Nicole made my experience to move to Miami seamless, reassuring and I can proudly say she is now also a friend! Cannot recommend working with her more highly!

Nicole was great to work with! She was extremely thorough, timely with her responses and ultimately found me a great place to live in Brickell. She made this all very easy! Thank you Nicole!!

Best in the city I’ve met some number of realtors in my life before but I’ve never met one like Nicole. She was thorough, knowledgeable, always responds In minutes but What I liked her about the most was the quick communication. She just made my life so much easier! Highly recommend her.

I cannot recommend Nicole enough. She is very knowledgeable of the industry & goes above and beyond to help you meet your housing goals. She is constantly working! Always responsive & helpful. I will continue to use her services in the future. I'm very appreciative of all the hard work she put in to helping me find a home.
