She genuinely cares about the needs of her clients and went above and beyond in assisting us as first time home buyers purchasing sight unseen from over seas. Niki is an amazing agent! She is communicative, reliable, immediately responsive to questions and comments, and delivers on promises. We were secure in knowing that with her representation, escrow would run smoothly, and the transaction would close on time. Niki also has a positive and fun demeanor which made a stressful experience as enjoyable as possible. Niki represented us in two separate transactions, the first for the purchase of our new home. This purchase involved a short escrow with several moving parts and included assorted repairs and clean up to be completed by the seller post close of escrow. Niki went above and beyond to ensure that details were completed, even when complications arose. We were so pleased with how she managed this complex purchase that we decided to use her representation for the sale of our prior house. Niki was equally as thorough as a sellers’ agent. She also negotiated an extra month of occupancy in the house post close and rent free. Under her direction and management, we selected a solid offer, and escrow was smooth and uneventful. Zillow limits ratings to five stars, but we would give 10 if possible. Again, we give Niki a full recommendation!
