Nicole is amazing! We were first time homebuyers and she helped us with everything. The seller was difficult to work with but she was able to negotiate a good deal for us and she ironed out all of the unexpected issues that popped up from the seller. She also kept our to-dos on track and we were able to close in three weeks from start to finish. I highly recommend Nicole; she has the expertise and energy for the job.

Nicole was such a great person to work with. She was very responsive and helpful to any answers we needed. When it came to needing an extension for our property, she really saved the day and truly convinced the original owners to accept our extension offer. After we closed, we met the property owners and the husband said he really didn’t want to accept the extension because he’s had that happen before and the contract fall through. But Nicole was very persuasive and so sincere in why we needed this property ( it is neighboring my parents home) and she was able to pull it off. With Nicole’s help I had such a smooth and quick closing! She was so hands on and kept me in the loop during the entire process! Not to mention she would be working from early morning to late at night non stop and I could imagine working with anybody else!
