She also found us our new construction when it was next to impossible to find a home with everything on our “wishlist” and within our price range. She came with us to all of our new construction meetings and was our advocate, making sure everything was perfect before closing. Look into different options from lenders and not just one. There is also an education on new home buyers that I recommend to everyone who is interested in buying a house.
