She didn't waste my time showing me nonsense just to make a sale; like the other realtors I worked with in the past. She knew my taste and budget and worked with me. she worked with my mortgage bank, my lawyer, the inspector, everybody. She also negotiated a fair price with the home owner and made sure he did all the corrections he promised to do on the home even after we closed on the loan.I can go on and on about Nicole.
