Nicole was actually referred to me by one of my clients, whose house was on the market at the time. I didn't like her house, and i told her what my husband and I were looking for, as this was our first home purchase. she was amazing. Very Professional and knows her job very well. She didn't waste my time showing me nonsense just to make a sale; like the other realtors I worked with in the past. She knew my taste and budget and worked with me. she worked with my mortgage bank, my lawyer, the inspector, everybody. She also negotiated a fair price with the home owner and made sure he did all the corrections he promised to do on the home even after we closed on the loan.I can go on and on about Nicole. We have become family friends one year after buying my house and I've referred her to so many people who equally have great experience with her.
