I was a Personal Chef for Nicki's family six years ago. Even though I haven't seen her since, she was the first person I thought of to help me sell my home. I haven't sold a house before so I had no clue what to expect. On our first meeting Nicki walked me through the whole process and explained each form before signing and explained how the process worked. Within days everything moved very quickly. Her team flooring installers, painters, landscapers and designers transformed my home to a designer showcase. I almost wanted to stay! Then the house sold in under a week! During the whole process Nicki and her team were always available. Nicki even handled the one area where we didn't agree with grace. I wanted to list my home for more than she recommended. She gave me her reasons. I gave her mine. She informed me of the ramifications. Even though she was the professional she agreed to list it for what I wanted, without making me feel wrong. It is owing to her professionalism and her team that the house sold for above list. Their efforts did not stop with the sale.They keep me informed of the closing process as well as checking on my mail, watering the landscape and checking on my home.
