Nicki and her team made the process of selling our home very smooth and flawless. When we decided to list the house she brought in a designer to give us tips to upgrade the house to sell it faster. We followed the designers recommendations and used all of Nicki’s personal experts for paint, flooring, and cleaning. The photographer took beautiful photos that displayed the house wonderfully. Sure enough our house sold in 3 days!! Her team used a shared calendar platform which allowed us to know who was in the house and how many showings we had. They was great especially during COVID.
