Once we decided to sell our home, we shopped around for different agents (l6 in total including Nicki!). And yes, to be honest, four out of the six agents were offering lower commission than what Nicki is asking for but after we slept on all the choices for a couple of nights, we narrowed down our decision to two and the Banucci Team was one of them. Some great things about her- she is very responsive no matter which communication medium - text, phone call, email. Nicki was hands-down the best realtor to work with us. My mother and I met her at an open house and she was friendly, open and considerate and made quite an impression compared to the at least 30 other realtors we had met at other open houses. I instantly knew I wanted to hire her and we contacted her about a week later. Nicki spent a lot of time learning about what we were looking for and suggested other areas we hadn't considered but had great potential for what we were looking for. When she would meet us out at open houses she was honest in her opinion and kept us on track, reminding us of the things we said we needed/wanted so we didn't settle for something that wasn't quite right. She was so knowledgeable about the areas and could accurately predict what houses would sell for and knew when to bid high and when to go low.
