Nicki and her incredible team sold our house in San Jose in November 2020. We chose to work with the Banucci team after meeting three or four other realtors. Nicki's experience and enthusiasm made us comfortable right away and we immediately felt that we could trust her to have our backs and not talk down to us. Our sale was complicated, not only due to the pandemic but also because we had to move before before the house was packed or ready to show. Nicki, Jean and Kiely were unflappable, professional and on top of every detail. They helped us find and manage contractors to get the house ready for sale, worked with us to get everything signed remotely and Jean even supervised our packers after we left. This wonderful team of women not only sold our house above listing price, but they supported us and helped us in every way possible through an incredibly challenging transition for our family.
