Buying my first home was made so simple and low stress because of Nick's expertise. He knew the right questions to ask to help me search for my desired type of home, look into the areas I wanted to live, and even showed me places that I hadn't considered or been aware of (which is actually how I ended up finding the place I'm in now!) He focused on the crucial points and junctions right away and partnered with me to make decisions quickly, but feel like we covered everything we needed to ensure I made an informed and correct decision for my needs. Nick took initiative to get things done and was always very prompt and respectful of the time I invested into calls / paperwork, yet things never felt pushy or unpleasant. He and the team he works with were absolutely fantastic! Such a high level of integrity and care and the best experience I could have hoped for buying my first place. Highly highly recommend him!

Nick is such a great resource in the San Diego market as he stays up-to-date on all the areas that have potential growth as well the areas that will stay on the high end. With the market up and down so much we’ve relied on his expertise to navigate us through the process both on buying and selling. With so many non-native agents out there, Nick has lived in San Diego all his life and can point you to places you might never thought to look. He walked us though different options/strategies when selling and gave data driven reasons for it, not just emotion based suggestions on what we might want to hear. He’s a solid guy and man of his word and will NEVER push you into something just to make the sale… When my wife and I first bought a home using Nick we looked for our ideal house about 2yrs until purchasing so I know that for sure haha.

Nick was very informed on the areas we were looking to purchase and worked hard to get us into our forever home. He’s personable and emphasized communication to make sure we were aware the second anything happened. We wouldn’t be in our forever dream home without Nick!
