Great communicator, demonstrated patience and knowledge, helped me feel comfortable with the process

Nick was very patient with me and walked me through the whole process, and made himself available just about 24/7. What I really appreciated was that he communicated well with me. He would make knowledgeable suggestions about how to respond to buyer inquiries, often based on my preferences, but always reminded me that the decisions are up to me. For example, he suggested an initial price on the house I was selling, and I decided to go a bit higher (and ultimately got a higher final offer). He also sent charts that broke down the offers that came in so I could better understand what I would get out of the deal after fees etc., and gave me an idea of how this sale ranked among other sales in the area. I lived 2 hours away from where the house was being sold, and so I couldn’t get there to do anything in person. So, what stood out to me was how Nick checked up on the house, did some minor work on it, and kept my mind at ease.
