Nick is a kind person and we contracted him to sell our home in Folsom due to his prestigious brand. He was helpful and provided his contacts that helped get the property quickly to market. However, since we are paying top dollar we felt that his team should have been more proactive at times, like in getting simple paperwork filled out since much information is available on-line and we could then add the missing pieces. Selling and moving is very time consuming and gestures like this would have been appreciated. Also, there were many seller/agent documents to sign and at times we felt apprehension that we were completely understanding everything that we were signing. I trusted that Nick would not steer us wrong but more phone calls or texts would have been nice to ease our anxiety throughout process. Also, there were repairs that we ended up paying for but it would have been nice if some type of negotiation or even an attempt of negotiation would have occurred on our behalf so we didn’t have to pay for everything. Nick has a team and perhaps he could have used his team more in these matters. In the end, we are happy the home sold quickly but we do wish that Nick was more communicative through out the process as selling a home is a complex and emotional process not just for buyers but for the sellers too.
