Excellent, Organized, understand timing is of the Essence!
Nick was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. He helped me successfully sell my house and then helped me find my new home in Wilmington! I absolutely love both the house and the neighborhood! Nick was always organized, on time, professional, and dependable. He constantly gave great advice and even taught me new tricks and things to look for during the home buying process that I never would have known otherwise. He always showed up prepared and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
