We bought our last two houses with Nick and sold our last house with him as well. In total that was over $2.5 million in deals. And each experience went beyond our expectations. The quality of our listing compared to the competition was much higher. Our photos showed the property extremely well and were magazine quality. In addition he went above and beyond and made an excellent video showing the property in detail. Nick is very personable while at the same time standing up for you firmly during negotiations.
