We had the pleasure to work with Nick Bowler in search for our vacation home in Lake Chelan. Communication, quick response information, transparency precision in details about the house and applicable paperwork needed. This is what we’re looking for and is exactly what Nick delivered. There was fast and smooth process without any hesitations . We would highly recommend Nick to anyone. Thank you Nick

This was our second time to use Nick as a Realtor. When you meet Nick he instantly treats you like family and is 100% honest with you. If you want TOP $$ for your house when you sell, call Nick, we got way above asking price.

Very professional, Nick showed us what and how to get the house ready for the sale of our house and we had multiple offers within the week it went on the market and we received over asking price. This is our second time we went through Nick and his company. Highly recommend Nick Bowler at Chelan Wa Remax.

Nick was always quick to respond and answer any of our questions and listened to what we needed. He is great to work with. I would highly recommended.

Nick is a top notch pro. In a market that moves at blazingly fast speed his responsiveness, foresight and proactive action are second to none. Throw in the in fact that he is an awesome human, who truly cares about his customers and you have an amazing agent. Not to mention that his boundless positivity and side wrenching sense of humor make spending time looking for properties boundless fun. Would highly recommend.

Nick is my go-to realtor for a reason. He is friendly, fast, communicative and helpful. He listed and sold my house within a day, with no hassles for me to deal with. I couldn't ask for a better realtor!

Nick was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to our questions, and gave excellent advice. We never felt in the dark during the process and would work with him again, no doubt!

We honestly can not say enough good things about Nick Bowler. He was on top of things every moment, always answered his phone, has integrity and over all a great person to do business with. I wanted to share that my husband and I have been buying and selling real estate for 28 years. Over those years we have done business with many agents. Nick was truly one of the best! We were looking to selling an inexpensive, undeveloped piece of land that we had in eastern Washington. Since we live on the other side of the state we needed an agent but didn't known any in the area. I did a Google search just like you are doing today, and saw that Nick had very good reviews. I called him and he answered his phone the first time, no call backs. He did a property analysis and got back to us in a day. We were headed over to the property to check on it before listing and and he took the time to meet us there on only a moments notice. He listed the property and I know he showed it several time over the weekend. He sold it in less than a week for over asking price. We couldn't be more pleased! My point being, he worked hard to list and show it even though it was an inexpensive piece of raw land. He treated the whole transaction as if it was a million dollar piece of property. Truly Impressive! If you are looking to sell or buy in the Chelan area, it would be a mistake to hire anyone but Nick Bowler Owner/Broker of RE/Max Advantage.

Nick was great! After a frustrating year of searching for properties, many no responses , and most agents simply weren’t interested in helping. But Nick stepped up and we got it done literally over the weekend. For my next purchase I’m definitely giving Nick of Re/Max Advantage a call.

My wife and I have purchased two great properties 2016 the other 2021 in the lake Chelan area with Nick’s help and market insights. Nick has been consistent and diligent! Not only locating our perfect properties but working with us to strategically bid for success twice! Market conditions do vary one under asking price the other over. Most importantly two for two!! One of the best realtors we have worked with, we’ve recommend him to our friends and family!

Best broker in Mason. Knowledgeable, experienced and professional.

He was the BEST agent to work with. He knew everything that needed to be done to sell my grandmas house over in lake chelan. Being in the Seattle area it was so nice having someone with such knowledge helping me in Manson! I will 100% use him again and send everyone I know his way. He did so much for us and way above and beyond what more agents do. Thank you so much Nick and team. We would not have sold for as much as we did if we didn’t have you supporting us.
