About Nick

Being raised in Louisville, I have always had a deep love for this city and everything it represents, from the rich history to its vibrant culture and friendly community. I also grew up around the sport of swimming, with both parents as swim coaches and my siblings and I pursuing the sport from young ages. With over 20 years of consistent swim practices and competitions at the highest levels, I have learned discipline, perseverance, and the value of a strong support system - principles that now guide me in real estate. I attended the University of Louisville where I competed as a collegiate athlete for 5 years, 3 of those years leading as a team captain. In addition to my athletic background, I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s Degree in Business, equipping me with a unique combination of analytical and people skills. After graduating, I continued my swimming career for 3.5 more years as a professional, where I was able to qualify and compete in the 2024 Olympic Games and World Championships. Being a part of those teams and navigating sponsorships forced me to develop strong negotiation and communication skills that are essential in real estate. I understand the importance of building mutually beneficial relationships and can leverage my experience to ensure the best possible outcomes.
