In our opinion, Nichole Moody of Coldwell Banker Sunridge in Roseville, CA is highly personable and very experienced in all aspects of real estate transactions. She explains what it takes to prepare your house for sale, whether it be various upfront home inspection reports which allows the sale to progress faster, or simply things that her clients can do to make their home show at its best! The attention to detail once your home is listed via professional photography and slide shows really showcases the property and we feel made a big difference in the viewing of our home for potential buyers. She goes above and beyond for her clients to keep them informed so they thoroughly understand all aspects of their transaction, whether it be selling or buying. Nichole keeps you on track and moving forward throughout the process with all the necessary documents and signatures for a timely and successful outcome! We can’t say enough positive things about her and everyone that has worked with her in the past I am sure would agree :-) We would absolutely recommend Nichole to anyone who desires a very knowledgeable professional for their real estate needs!

From educating her clients about the entire buying process, strategically positioning their offers to maximize a positive seller response, to helping store their personal items until they've successfully moved into their new home, Nichole is the total package. Nichole recently sold our home. I cannot say enough nice things about Nichole. First thing I have to say is her customer service is Top Notch. Everytime, and I mean EVERYTIME I called her, she answered her phone. Every. Single. Time. Who does that anymore..?? If she was in a meeting, she would still answer and tell me she would call me back, then call back quickly or she would step out of the meeting to speak with me. When I texted her, she replied immediately. Nichole was very patient while answering all of my nervous Nellie questions and never once did she not have an educated answer. Nichole is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and the escrow process as she has been in the business for 18 years. We had rented our house for the last 2 years. The tenants put in notice unexpectedly so we hoped for a quick sale. We were concerned about the cost to fix it up after tenants moved out. Nichole came over , looked at the house inside and out, and told us what price point we should list at leaving house As IS. The price was right where we wanted it. We listed at Nichole's recommended price, and had 3 offers within 3 days! Nichole is honest and very trustworthy. She is a Rare Find and I highly recommend her.

Nichole really knows what she's talking about when it comes to selling and buying homes. She told me right up front that if I put a few touches to paint and other minor cosmetic items within my home, I would make it more desirable to the other homes for sale on my block, AND I would likely be able to get more money from my home.....Was she ever right! With a little elbow grease and a few buck spent on paint, my home went on the market and went pending within 10 days for slightly more than comparable homes on my street that were for sale. Nichole's attention to detail and professionalism extended throughout the entire escrow process, she really paid attention to the details that always seem to create pain when selling a house, and made them non existent for me. If I ever sell my next house, Nichole will most certainly be the listing agent. Now, as for her help in buying my new house......She was super patient with me and my wife. She really connected with our needs and desires, and reminded us a few times that "We needed to love the house", and not simply try to talk our self's into one....I'm glad she did. She was a true professional throughout the buying process and stands out against others. Personally, I think it's a solid combination of being a person that cares about her job and the people she represents, and the fact that she's held positions in Escrow and Title before becoming an agent. Lastly......When she says you can call, text, or email her anytime....she means it.
