Nick Trubilla was truly exceptional throughout our entire home buying and selling experience. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond what we could have ever expected from a real estate agent. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly for our family. What stood out the most was how willing Nick was to help with absolutely anything we needed. During our inspection, he even offered to walk our dogs. Nick also went the extra mile when it came to getting our house ready for the open house. He arranged for someone to come to our home and give us helpful tips and recommendations on how to present the house in the best possible way. He helped get everything set up and made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. He was also incredibly helpful navigating all of the township requirements, permits, inspections, and paperwork. He stayed on top of everything, made sure we knew what was needed, and constantly checked in to make sure we were on track. As we got closer to closing, Nick made sure every detail was handled so we could close on time.
