Amazing Experience

My fiancé and I came to Nick to look for a home to buy. We looked at one house and then waited months to look again. He reached out and followed up with us and we started to look at a few homes. We told him our budget and he always stayed in that realm. If we did not like something, he always made us feel that we were able to express ourselves and never try to pressure us into purchasing something that we were not comfortable with. He always agreed with whatever we were thinking, and was always thinking about our well-being in terms of buying a home for our family and what would be best for us. We found our house, which was a bit of a fixer-upper. And he negotiated things that we needed, and that were fair. We always felt that Nick was in our corner and that’s so important when purchasing a home. This is someplace that you will be with your family the amount of money that you’re going to put into it, all of that was a focus for him and he never made it feel like it was just a deal. He was always there to make sure that we were finding some thing that was the right fit for us. I would recommend him 100% to anybody that I know and I have dealt with a handful of realtors after purchasing three homes before this. Nick, thank you so much for all the help with our beautiful new home. We love it!
