Nick was a gem to have as the Listing Agent on the 2nd home we were contemplating purchasing, and because of his expertise, closed on in Florida to finally spend part of the year closer to our son and daughter-in-law, who left NJ for the Sunshine State close to 8 years now. Being a Real Estate Agent in the state of New Jersey for the past 37 years and representing mostly sellers for a good portion of that time, Nick certainly represented his sellers above and beyond, but, it takes a special kind of agent to know how to treat the potential buyers of his listings in order to have the type of transaction that makes everyone happy and gets the job done. When a home sale runs smoothly and buyers and sellers feel like they are being treated fairly everyone is more apt to want to cooperate and give a little as opposed to a tug of war. Nick orchestrates that type of relationship between the buyer and the seller and the way he does it is by knowing his stuff. I don’t think he has been doing this more than 5 or so years, but, I will tell you I have seen agents who have been in this business over 10 years who don’t have the knowledge, the skills and the personality that puts you at ease in knowing that he is guiding you in the right direction and not because he can’t wait for that commission check, but because he really cares about the people he’s working with and for and he likes what he does.
