I've worked with Nick for a number of years now as he helped us purchase our home in Estero, sell it a few years later and get me into a great new place. In the initial move down here, I had to do everything from a distance and Nick went above and beyond from visiting potential properties and sending videos to being there for the home inspections and utilities hookups. He even put water in the pool until we got down here and moved in.
