Nicholas was awesome from start to finish. He pays attention to detail and answers questions promptly and thoroughly. He is also very friendly and easy to talk to. We had used him 2 years ago when he worked for a different realtor. We didn't make a purchase at that time but made it a point to find him at his new company this year when we did make a purchase. You won't find a better realtor!!

Nick was amazing! We quickly found the property that we wanted but the seller wanted much more than we were willing to pay. Nick hung in there with us through months of offers and negotiation and in the end, when it seemed that we were at an impasse, he worked with the seller's agent to find a solution. He gave us good advice, steered us to an excellent inspector and an insurer, answered all of my picky questions, and worked with us to make it as smooth and easy as possible.

Nick was wonderful! He was always available and responded to our questions or requests quickly. He went above and beyond on so many levels. We were out of state and his local knowledge and assistance with anything we needed was amazing. He made the whole home buying process easy. I would highly recommend him to everyone! From start to finish, Nick was wonderful. He was extremely personable and accommodating to anything we needed. We had a great experience all around!

I have to say that our family has worked with many types of people over the years but Nick was the absolute best. This is our third house and no other Relator has even come close to his service. Every question answered quickly. Every email responded almost as fast as it was sent. We looked at so many houses to find out perfect home and not once did we feel rushed or ever being sold to.
