Nicholas Policella, III

Nick went the extra mile. Appreciated his help with all the ins and outs we experienced in our sale.

Nick was a very big help starting with suggesting the sale price and walking us through the whole procedure. We were confident he would sell our house in a timely manner. He gave us plenty of notice on the viewings and scheduled them very efficiently. The closing took place without a single problem. We are indeed thankful that we chose Nick to list the house. I highly recommend Nick services to anyone selling their house.
