Nicholas Oliver is the man when it comes to listing real estate. To be honest, I had my doubts about him initially... I thought he was a lunatic when he wanted to list my home at such a high price point... but when he sold my home in less than 10 days for more than 20 percent of fair market value (and we got more than asking price) I knew I made the right choice in selecting Mr. Oliver as my agent. I'm looking forward to working with Mr. Oliver when I purchase my next home. I now feel very comfortable with Mr. Oliver and truly believe he has my best interest in mind.
I know Jesus built houses, but if he sold them, I bet he would sell them like Nick! I never thought our house on Isle of Hope would sell but Nick preformed a miracle for us and sold our home in a little over four months after it had been on the market for a year and a half. My wife jokes that he's some kind of house whisperer but to me he's more of a miracle worker. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has listed with another agent and didn't get results. He's aggressive. The bottom line is he gets results. My family will never sell a home without him.
