I talked to a few real estate agents, which promised me good a selling price, but Nick was the only agent that was confident I could get WAY more than what I initially thought! Nick came to our home with a strategic plan, took pictures that could compete with Southern Living Magazine, and sold our house for OVER asking price in less than 48 hours. Mr. Oliver helped us secure the home of our dreams in the Ardsley Park/Chatham Crescent community. I had previously used Nick to sell a home and he was my go-to-guy when it came time to buying my next home.
