I came into contact with Nick by calling a rental that I was interested in. Although the listing was no longer available, he took the time to ask a little about myself and what I was looking for. He offered to help me in my search and even created a customized personal portal for listings that fit my criteria. There were several homes that I was interested in viewing that he notified me about. As soon as I mentioned I wanted to view them, he arranged times to see ALL of them, at my convenience, after the work hours. I can't say I came across this type of help from any other agent or landlord. There were a handful that I applied to and through his help it was the easiest application process I have ever experienced, with successful outcomes. He is a very nice, friendly, and professional agent to work with, a rarity in my experience!
