I've heard that selling can be even more so. Nick more than answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He was very quick to respond whenever I reached out for information or with a question. I felt like he had my personal interest top of mind at all times. He was extremely resourceful in helping connect me with contractors for work that would help accelerate the sale of my home, at a higher price too. I was shocked when Nick found a buyer within a week within 1% of what he told me the top end of the market would be for my home. He had given me a range that I expected to be in the middle of from my research on the various real estate websites. He said I should take the huge offer but I wondered if it could go for more so I held out for a bit. We had several other people come look at the home but nothing higher than the offer within the first week. His honesty and genuine consideration for my interests made me feel very comfortable. His knowledge of the market and trends along with pricing and staging our home (no extra cost to help with the staging) was right on point, our home sold within a month. My husband and I recently used Nick to sell our Anaheim Hills rental property. It was a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Nick was referred to me from a good friend and we couldn't have been more pleased. He knew his stuff and was very professional using all the latest tech. He knows the market and trends, and also does investments so he knew what we needed to fix/upgrade to get maximum value out of our home. And was able to get us a great price for our home (more than we thought) and sold it within a month!

I came into contact with Nick by calling a rental that I was interested in. Although the listing was no longer available, he took the time to ask a little about myself and what I was looking for. He offered to help me in my search and even created a customized personal portal for listings that fit my criteria. There were several homes that I was interested in viewing that he notified me about.
