Nick was an amazing real estate agent! It was the first time I've sold a home. Having bought the home I knew real estate transactions can be quite the process. I've heard that selling can be even more so. Nick more than answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. He was very quick to respond whenever I reached out for information or with a question. I felt like he had my personal interest top of mind at all times. He was extremely resourceful in helping connect me with contractors for work that would help accelerate the sale of my home, at a higher price too. I was shocked when Nick found a buyer within a week within 1% of what he told me the top end of the market would be for my home. He had given me a range that I expected to be in the middle of from my research on the various real estate websites. He said I should take the huge offer but I wondered if it could go for more so I held out for a bit. We had several other people come look at the home but nothing higher than the offer within the first week. His honesty and genuine consideration for my interests made me feel very comfortable. I never questioned whether his first priority was to help me or simply make money. I knew it was to help me. I would 11/10 recommend Nick as an agent. I can't recommend Nick highly enough with words. I tell all my friends and family that they need to use him in the future when they need any sort of help with buying or selling a property.

We were looking to buy an investment home through our corporation. And he was able to work with one of his wholesale contacts to find an off market investment. He knows a great deal about construction and how to renovate homes which was very useful and has a list of good reasonably priced contractors.

I wanted to write a quick review for Nick, he was exceptional in helping us sell and buy our home. I've used 3 or 4 agents in my life and I can honestly say Nick as the best. His knowledge of the market and trends along with pricing and staging our home (no extra cost to help with the staging) was right on point, our home sold within a month. And he gave us a great refund back when we helped us buy our new home $5,000 to be exact. Please don't hesitate to choose him as your agent.

My husband and I recently used Nick to sell our Anaheim Hills rental property. It was a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Nick was referred to me from a good friend and we couldn't have been more pleased. He knew his stuff and was very professional using all the latest tech. He knows the market and trends, and also does investments so he knew what we needed to fix/upgrade to get maximum value out of our home.
