I am currently going through a nasty, nasty divorce. As you may know the division of assets is a major portion. I used Mr. Hall (Nick) in a dual capacity he sold my home and negotiated the purchase of the new one. He not only sold my property for more than the asking price IN LESS THAN A WEEK! ( even with opposing council blocking his every move) He provide me with the necessary contractors and contacts to make the transaction be as seamless as possible net me more than we originally asked for! On the purchase side he not only secured me a property in a very desirable part of South Minneapolis (due to his extensive knowledge of South Minneapolis as he is indigenous) he secured this property under market value. He and his finance team Brian and Ashely at American Funding (who I can say were simply amazing!) made a one day closing on both properties just mins apart. Bottom line as his ad read's "Want it all Call Nick Hall" in this day of false and misleading advertising . This ad appears to be 100 % a true and accurate statement full of integrity. I will never use another realtor or finance team other than Nick and his team ever again. I will tell everyone i know about them! You will and could be making the mistake of your life if you choose any other realtor for your South Minneapolis purchase. Nick and his team are truly imperceptible!
Nicholas put in more than a years worth of effort toward the eventual sale of my Triplex. My initial intention was to sell my rental property and step up to something bigger. Beyond showing me properties that recently hit the market, Nicholas had an extensive network of investor contacts and was able to show me multiple off-market properties as well. As an investor himself, he is also knowledgeable about the tax implications of buying/selling rental property. He explained the 1030 exchange process to me and put me in touch with a broker that specializes in the process. He displayed a lot of patience as I felt out many different neighborhoods, types of properties and financial scenarios. In the end, I chose to just sell my property outright. Nicholas' knowledge of the lakes area market gave me a lot of confidence that the property was priced right. "we just need to be patient and wait for the right buyer". It did take a while, but in the end he was right and I did get my asking price! I would certainly work with Nicholas again.
We’d just moved to Minneapolis and met Nicholas at an open house. At that time, we’d just started looking around for a home, mostly to understand what the market in the twin cities looked like. From that first conversation, it was clear that Nicholas had a strong grasp of the housing market, not just single-family homes but multifamily as well. However, in addition to being new to the city, we are also both extremely particular and while we were first-time homeowners, we also were definitely not looking for a starter home. To that end, we went to dozens of open houses and subsequently met dozens of realtors. From the dozens we met, we ended up working with two and saw even more houses (very particular ??). It became clear that Nicholas just works harder than other realtors: finding more properties and getting a better grasp of what we were and were not looking for. Throughout the process, Nicholas worked patiently with us, even as we ignored some of his advice and had a couple of offers fall through. In the end, we landed a great deal on a home that was perfect for us and Nicholas continues to be an excellent resource even after closing.

He worked diligently with us, showing us many houses to help us understand what to look for in a rental property. Long story short, in about four months, he helped us both sell a house and buy a rental property. During the whole process, he has been very patient and showed professionalism even at some difficult times. Because of his wide network in real estate, we were shown a few pre-market opportunities which landed our final offer. We were also very impressed by his broad resources, which gave us confidence to take on some projects. Even after closing, he sent us reminders to make sure our transition to a landlord is as smooth as possible.
