Nick was our realtor for both buying and selling our home. When searching for a house, we didn’t really figure out what we wanted until after doing a number of tours. We could tell Nick enjoyed the process of helping us to narrow down our focus, even if there was no chance of that house being the one. He had no problem pointing out all the positives and negatives and everything else we should consider. We never felt that he was nudging us to do something in order to lock in a sale. His advice while making offers and negotiating was right on point. Nick had a great feel for the current market and the specific situation, and was often correct with how things would play out. When selling our home, Nick had the foresight to take outdoor pictures months ahead of time while the landscaping still looked good. We were undecided whether to show the house while still living there or right after moving with everything empty. He gave prudent advice that it would be much easier and less stressful for us to put our house on the market after moving out, and that was dead on. Our house attracted multiple offers and sold for over asking price in less than a week. Overall, we felt Nick was extremely easy to work with, knew what he was doing, and was actively working towards helping us achieve our goals. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
