Nick's greatest skills as an agent are his knowledge-backed advice and his accountability in communication. Using data-backed research on the local market, as well as qualitative evidence from his experience in the market, Nick was able to provide advice beyond his own opinion of the houses we were considering. With this in mind, though, Nick, when the time was right, also gave us his opinion based on details (what we wanted our life to look like in a new home, things we were looking for in a new home) we had shared with him, which was a welcomed relief to the echo chamber in me and my husband's heads. Nick was incredibly accountable in regards to communication. Most of our buying process took place while were a few timezones away. Despite this challenge, Nick was incredibly responsive, even during outside of normal working hours in his timezone. Also while away, Nick went above and beyond making sure that we were tuned into the inspection process. Nick always gave a heads up before sending documents and provided gentle reminders when we (mostly me) forgot to sign them. On top of all of this, Nick was incredibly kind, considerate, and matched our energy. He celebrated with us, discerned with us, and created a space where my husband and I could talk candidly around him. I felt complete confidence with Nick Dupas as our relator and highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling their home!

Despite the various stressful and uncertain events that occur during the home-buying process, Nicholas walked us through every step and went well above and beyond for us. He has great attention to detail, and even though we were out of town for most of the process, he gave us all of the information we needed. I could not recommend him more!
