Contacted us with frequent updates re: activity on the home and provided honest, thoughtful but realistic guidance (this is tough on sellers) in re-pricing when necessary. Walked us through the final sale process and checked to be certain that we were prepared for closing. Overall we were very, very pleased with his representing our interests.
