We loved working with Nick! He quickly learned what we were looking for in a property and tailored his recommendations to our vision. Very responsive and easy to work with from our house hunt to closing. Had great knowledge of the area and of the market as well.
If it weren’t for Nick and his knowledge of the area and connections, we never would have been able to snag a home in this market. Especially the home we were able to get!! He is professional and relates well with all clients and sellers. He was extremely responsive with all messages and truly had our best interests in mind when looking at properties. We felt like he was a friend, not just a realtor. We feel super lucky to have had Nick as our realtor!
Nicholas Abe is an A+++ realtor. I have bought and sold many homes, working with Nick was by far the most thorough, smooth, well planned and executed process. I've bought two homes through him. If you need a realtor that knows the market like no one else, works 24/7 to meet every need, responds within minutes and is super creative to make sure the deal gets done. All the while, his energy level and knowledge was at the highest level. Give this guy your buy or sell opportunity, you will not be disappointed with his results, and he's a great guy too.
Nicholas has 6 properties for sale, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
